How can I confirm my email address?
Some features require confirmation of the email address linked to your account. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your confirmation message to arrive.
If you haven't received it, check your spam folder and ensure that emails from support@sylingo.com aren't blocked by any spam filters.
- To resend a confirmation email:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to settings.
- Go to the email field and click on Verify now.
- You will receive an email containing a link to verify your account.
If you do not receive the confirmation message yet, log into your account, go to settings and fix or change your email address.
