What is the difference between Ability and Capability?

Ability: 

1- Is a skill to do something.

2- We use this word with individuals and people. 

3- Something you have done before.

Example:

She has the ability to handle difficult situations.

Capability:

1- Potential to develop a skill. 

2- We use this word with organizations or companies.

3- When you have the aptitude for something but no experience.

Example:

The company has the capability to solve the financial crisis.
